Barbell Close Grip / EZ-BAR PREACHER CURL :-

Exercise Details :- 

Main Muscle Group : Biceps

Type : Strength

Mechanics : Isolation

Equipment : EZ Curl Bar , Machine - Strength

Difficulty : Beginner

Movement :-

Take an EZ-Bar with a grip under your hand, with your hands shoulder width apart and sit on a preacher's bench. Place the upper part of your arms against the padding, fully extending your arms.

Contract your biceps to bend the bar towards your shoulders. Raise the bar as high as possible while maintaining constant tension on the biceps. Pause, then slowly lower the bar to the starting position.
