Cable REVERSE-GRIP Pressdown / Pushdown :-

Detailed Muscle Group : Biceps, Forearms, Shoulders

Type : Strength

Mechanics : Isolation

Equipment : Machine - Strength

Difficulty : Beginner

Movement :-

In front of an adjustable cable machine, take a straight bar accessory from a high configuration with a grip under your hand. Holding the bar, bring your elbows to the sides so that your forearms are parallel to the floor.

Extend your forearms down by contracting the triceps. Then lift your forearms to the starting position.
