SEATED ALTERNATING DUMBBELL BICEPS CURL :-

Equipment : Dumbbell , Bench

Difficulty : Beginner

Movement :-


Sitting on a bench, hold a pair of weights at your sides with your arms fully extended and your palms facing you.

Bending at the elbow, light a weight towards your shoulder. Pause, then lower your arm to the starting position. Alternate arms.
