SEATED BARBELL OVERHEAD TRICEPS EXTENSION

SEATED BARBELL OVERHEAD TRICEPS EXTENSION :-

Mechanics : Isolation

Equipment : Barbell , Bench

Difficulty : Intermediate


Movement :-

Sit on a bench with an EZ-Bar loaded in your lap with a medium grip. Lift the EZ bar directly above your head with your arms fully extended. You can also have a partner to hand you the bar in the starting position.

Keeping the upper part of the arms stationary, bend your elbows and lower the EZ bar towards the floor. Stop just before the EZ-Bar touches your neck. Pause in the lower position and extend your arm to the starting position by contracting the triceps.
