SEATED DUMBBELL OVERHEAD TRICEPS EXTENSION :-


Exercise Details :- 


Main Muscle Group : Triceps

Type : Strength

Mechanics : Isolation

Equipment : Bench , Dumbbell

Difficulty : Beginner


Movement :-


Sit on a bench with a backrest supporting a weight in each hand. Extend your arms completely and lift the weights above.


Lower the weights behind your head, bending your elbows. Keep your elbows firm. Stop just before the weight touches your neck. Pause for a second, then extend your arms back to the starting position above the head.
